Information on the visit of the State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration to the Republic of Poland

On 3-5 September 2013, the State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Mr. Alex Petriashvili paid a visit to the Republic of Poland in order to participate in 23rd Economic Forum in Krynica.

During the forum Mr. Alex Petriashvili delivered a speech on panel - “Four Years of the Eastern Partnership: Achievements and Challenges”, as well as took part in the Young Leader’s Economic Forum debate - “Easter Partnership - a breakthrough or stagnation”.

In the framework of the Economic Forum, Mr. Alex Petriashvili held bilateral meetings with the Vice Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, Cezary Grabarczik, as well as with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Mihaly Balla, the Vice President of the Spanish Senate, Yolanda Vicente, the Ambassador for EU and Global Affairs of  MFA of Finland, Eikka Kosonen,  Chairman of the European Affairs Committee of Danish Parliament, Eva Kjer Hansen and the Deputy Prime–Minister of Moldova, Eugen Carpov. The talks focused on Georgia’s European and Euro-Atlantic Integration issues and Eastern Partnership Vilnius Summit preparation process.
